Fitness Thursdays!

With the new year I'm introducing "Fitness Thursdays" in order to force me to exercise at least once a week (starting out small) and document it.  To prove that I have done something, I'm going to have C take a photo of my fitness activity for the day for me to post here :)  I figure since I like to blog and you guys check it, it will hold me accountable.... please give me a hard time if I don't post something for Thursday!
