I made two especially yummy meals this past weekend... thought I'd share!
1. Fetuccini alfredo sauce with sun dried tomatoes and white wine, farfalle pasta and Old Bay seasoned shrimp. Yum-o!
2. Baked mac n cheese with shredded smoked gouda, aged wisconsin cheddar, colby jack, mozzarella and blue cheese with a splash of white wine, milk, butter and macaroni-- topped with panko bread crumbs and bacon. I like this grown-up version of mac n cheese... very tasty.
